  4. ID Proof Needed: Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID Card / Driving License / PAN card
  5. Address Proof Needed: Aadhaar Card / Passport / Ration Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card / Bank Passbook / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Gas Bill
  6. There should be no correction on Plot Registration Requisition Form
